Ten people are facing felony drug charges following a recent session of a Guernsey County Common Pleas Court grand jury that also indicted five others on theft-related and other offenses.

Those indicted on drug-related offenses included:

• Jonathan Lane Wilson, 32, Zanesville, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Robert Wayne Alvey Jr., 43, Lore City, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Krystal Kay Carpenter, 40, Cambridge, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of possession of cocaine, fifth-degree felonies.

• Angel D. Jeffery, 38, Cambridge, possession of heroin and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, fifth-degree felonies.

• Walter Marren Hughes Jr., 42, Cambridge, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony.

• Timothy Alan Murrey, 42, Cambridge, possession of heroin and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, fifth-degree felonies.

• Kenneth Lee Byer, 33, Caldwell, aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony.

• Emily Ann Ferrell, 19, Kimbolton, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and theft of drugs, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.

• Eric Ryan White, 29, Cambridge, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Austin Cage Dickens, 25, Lancaster, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony.

Individuals indicted on other charges included:

• Kevin Douglas Dingus, 32, Cambridge, grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, and vandalism, a fifth-degree felony.

• Mark A. Murphy, 61, Senecaville, two counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies.

• Misty Nicole Wright, 33, Freeport, grand theft when the property is a firearm or dangerous ordnance, a third-degree felony, and receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.

• Richard W. Lynn, 49, Quaker City, felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

• Shawn M. Moseley, 45, Cambridge, violating a protection order, a third-degree felony, and telecommunications harassment, a fifth-degree felony.

Individuals indicted by the grand jury will appear in the common pleas court for arraignment hearings at a future date and time.
