Braden Norris became the Hilliard Bradley High School boys basketball team’s all-time leading scorer on March 8 as the Jaguars won their 23rd consecutive game and reached their first district final.
The junior point guard had 20 points with four 3-pointers to lead third-seeded Bradley past seventh-seeded Groveport 58-56 in a Division I district semifinal at Central Crossing.
Norris increased his career total to 1,123 points, surpassing the 1,121 of 2016 graduate Brandon Glenn.
Junior forward Isaiah Speelman had 11 points against Groveport, increasing his career total to 1,081.
The Jaguars are 24-1 and play for their first district title against fourth-seeded Upper Arlington at 10 a.m. March 11 at Ohio Dominican.
