It was a historic night for the Reynoldsburg High School football team, and Camby Goff helped make it happen.

The senior had three receptions for 96 yards, including two touchdowns, made 3.5 tackles and recovered a fumble in the Raiders’ 24-21 home win Oct. 19 over Pickerington Central. Goff caught scoring passes of 67 and 23 yards, with the latter providing the winning points as Reynoldsburg beat the Tigers for the first time since 2001.

For his efforts, Goff has earned our Player of the Week honor. He won the vote of the staff and our Twitter poll, receiving 33 percent of 910 votes over 24 hours.

The other candidates were Olentangy Orange’s Zach Harrison, Westerville Central’s Rickey Hyatt and Hartley’s Jalan January.
