Hilliard police seeking information on suspected gas-station robber

The Hilliard Division of Police is asking for help to identify a man who robbed a gas station and convenience store on Cemetery Road at 5:30 p.m. July 2.
The man implied he had a gun and demanded money from the cash register at the Certified, 4546 Cemetery Road, according to police.
No one was injured during the robbery, police said.
A surveillance photo showed the man police described as a Black male in his late teens or early 20s and about 5 feet, 11 inches tall.
He was wearing a mask and a black hooded sweatshirt with a white design on it.
Anyone with information is asked to call Hilliard’s detective bureau at 614-334-2485.
As of the morning of July 3, the man had not been identified or apprehended, according to police spokeswoman Andrea Litchfield.
