Delaware: Credit card is reported stolen

The Delaware Police Department reported a Sheldon Street resident's credit card was stolen on the 100 block of South Sandusky Street, reported at 3:35 p.m. Aug. 20.

Police also reported:

* A motorist was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop at William and Union streets at 11:01 p.m. Aug. 22.

* A person was taken to Delaware County Jail for a probation violation after narcotics were discovered on the 3700 block of Kingman Hill Drive at 9:31 p.m. Aug. 20.

* Drug-abuse instruments and suspected methamphetamine was found at Columbus Avenue and Park Street at 12:09 a.m. Aug. 18.

* Two people were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at William and Cheshire streets at 12:58 a.m. Aug. 17.

* Police found a loaded gun and suspected controlled substances during a traffic stop at William Street and U.S. Route 23 at 5:33 p.m. Aug. 17. The driver was arrested on charges of mishandling a firearm and driving under suspension. Reports said he was transported to the county jail.
